中文摘要:目的 总结近年药学继续教育实践,为进一步提高教学质量、培训效果积累经验。方法 根据成人学习的特点,运用建构主义理论,改进教学内容设计和教学实践。结果 采用新的讲课形式和课程结构,发挥教师授课和学习者的积极性和创造性,继续教育满意度提升。结论 运用建构主义理论改进药学继续教育的教学内容设计和教学过程取得一定成效。

Practice of constructivism theory in pharmacy continuing education
Abstract:Objective To summarize the practice of pharmacy continuing education in recent years and gather experiences for improving teaching quality and teaching standard of the continuing education. Methods Adult learners' characteristic was analyzed and constructivism theory was applied to guild teaching design and teaching practice. Results By using new form and new structure of lessons, the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers and students, the teaching quality and effect were fully promoted. Conclusion The Application of constructivism theory to teaching process design for licensed pharmacist continuing education was effective.
